I went in hoping to grab some cupcakes, but they didn't have any in the case. They did however have some really great looking other options. I got the bear claw, sticky bun, and a raspberry cream cheese danish. Bear claw and sticky bun were AMAZING. I often throw away pastries, I just won't eat it if I don't like it, but I finished all 3 by myself! I had some for breakfast the next day and they were still really good. Well done whomever is baking away in the kitchen. Would highly recommend ”

“ So we went to Gravensteins Apple Faire & came upon this fine baked good establishment, Cavalieres. We were lucky to try a slice of their apple cake since they had sold out the previous day. It's a slice of heaven with apples incorporated into the mix. The serving is generously topped with a delicious concoction of maple crème on top, then a topping of caramelized apples but wait there's more, a dollop of creamy buttery topping. It's a great presentation & even better apple cake. Very impressive, indeed. They have a store front in Santa Rosa & participate in the farmers market arena. Seek them out. ”
